These terms apply to orders for tables, accessories and services placed through this website, by phone or through messengers.

How ordering works

• This website does not take online payment. When you send the order form, you send us a request, not a binding order.
• We call you to confirm the model, the variant, the quantity, the price, the delivery and the assembly.
• The contract is formed when we have confirmed the order by phone and you accept it: companies by accepting our invoice, individuals by accepting the delivery.
• If a model is not available, we tell you the expected lead time or offer an alternative. You are free to decline.

Prices

• Prices are shown in Armenian drams (AMD) as listed on the site at the time of your request.
• Models marked “Price on request” have no fixed public price; we quote the price when we prepare your offer.
• Delivery, assembly, branding and accessories marked “price on request” are not included in the table price unless the offer says so.
• If a price on the site is wrong because of an obvious error, we tell you before the order is confirmed and you may cancel.

Payment

• Individuals pay in cash or by card on delivery.
• Companies pay by bank transfer against our invoice. Give us the company name and TIN in the order form.
• There is no online prepayment through this site.

Delivery and assembly

• We deliver in Yerevan and to the regions of Armenia. The delivery price depends on the address and is confirmed by phone.
• On request we assemble the table at the delivery address. The assembly price is confirmed by phone.
• We agree the delivery date with you. Lead times depend on the model and are confirmed in the offer.
• Please make sure the table can be carried in (stairs, lift, doors) and that the place where it will stand has a hard, flat floor and enough room. If access is not possible on the agreed day, we agree a new date; extra trips may be charged.

Inspection on delivery

Please check the packaging and the table when it arrives, together with our team. If you see damage or missing parts, tell us right away so that we can note it and fix it. Hidden defects found later are handled under the warranty and the law.

Returns and exchanges

Your rights to return or exchange goods are governed by the consumer protection law of the Republic of Armenia. You may return or exchange a table that has a defect or does not match what was agreed.

Warranty

• Every table comes with the manufacturer’s warranty. The term depends on the brand: Garlando [TODO], Leonhart [TODO], Lettner [TODO], Ninestar [TODO]. We state it in your offer.
• As the official representative of Garlando and Leonhart in Armenia, we provide original spare parts and local service.
• The warranty does not cover:
  • damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper assembly by third parties;
  • use of an indoor table outdoors, on a balcony or terrace, or in damp rooms;
  • normal wear of balls, grips and bumpers;
  • changes or repairs made without our agreement.
• To make a warranty claim, contact us with a description and photos of the problem.

Rental

Rental of tables is made under a separate rental contract that sets the period, the price, delivery and pick-up, and responsibility for damage. These terms apply to rental only where the rental contract refers to them.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the goods and services as agreed. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by events outside our control, or by incorrect information given to us. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the Republic of Armenia.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. We try to settle every question by talking to you first. If we cannot agree, the dispute goes to the competent court of the Republic of Armenia.
